First of all thanks for the new tool, geogebra. I came to know about it from your blog. I went through some of your blogs and they are pretty interesting as well.
In the above sum I guess one would need to remember Pythagoras triplets pretty well. The other alternative could be the use of hero's formula if one is comfortable calculating in decimals.
